HP Profiles strives to be civilly minded and environmentally responsible in each way possible. In 2015 HP Profiles attained Green Star rating on several of its products after undergoing a rigorous process covering compliance, manufacturing processes and material usage as well as recycling of PVC used in the manufacture of our products. HPP is firm in its belief that by considering the environment and taking active steps to recover and re-use PVC, we are contributing towards a more sustainable future for future generations.
Please find our latest B.E.P Certificate of Conformity below or at the download center.
HP Profiles has been recycling all in-house PVC scraps and offcuts for over 10 years. In response to enquiries from our customers, HP Profiles has established a PVC corrugated and electrical ducting recycling facility at our Victorian manufacturing facility. As PVC may have a service life in excess of 100 years, HP Profiles is concerned that PVC product from demolition sites is finding its way to landfill instead of being recycled. The resin used in the manufacture of PVC corrugated and electrical ducting is 100% recyclable which once recycled can be re-used in the manufacture of other products. HPP remains committed to any initiative towards the sustainable use of Best Environmental Practice PVC.
HP Profiles provides the ability for clean and unused HP Profiles branded corrugated conduit and electrical ducting to be recycled.
Please note that it must be clean and unused HP Profiles branded corrugated conduit and electrical ducting offcuts to be recycled. All drop-off’s must be by appointment. Please contact us on (03) 9792 9740 to organise a time.
