Founded in 1995 as Hi-Precision Profiles, we began operations in a modest manufacturing facility in Perth, specialising in tile trimmings and various extruded products. From 1995 to 2006 we operated from a small yet industrious plant in Malaga, WA. Recognising the need for growth, we expanded in 2006 by building a larger facility next door, providing additional space to broaden our capabilities and enhance our product range.

In 2010 we took a strategic step by expanding to Melbourne, consolidating all manufacturing operations in Dandenong while retaining our Perth site for local distribution. This move significantly reduced lead times for customers in NSW, Victoria and Queensland, marking a major milestone in our growth and establishing us as a nationally recognised business.

In 2018 we rebranded as HP Profiles, reflecting our evolving identity and ongoing commitment to innovation and quality. With our main manufacturing hub in Victoria, we further expanded to Brisbane, enabling faster and more efficient service to our Queensland customers. With the resumption of manufacturing in Perth, we are better equipped to serve our Western Australian customers — reducing lead times and improving service delivery nationwide.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in a product range designed to meet the complex requirements of electrical projects — large or small, residential or commercial. We have contributed to major projects including large-scale solar farms and government infrastructure, and remain the only manufacturer offering PVC electrical corrugated conduit in sizes from 63mm to 150mm.
